Please allow 1-2 business days for processing on all online orders. We ship either via Xpresspost from Canada Post or Purolator which includes $100.00 insurance and tracking. All shipping rates are listed in Canadian dollars and we only ship within Canada at this time.

- Regional (within British Columbia): 2-4 business days

EASY RETURNS & EXCHANGES
In Store Purchases
All unaltered regular price or sale items are accepted for exchange or store credit with in 14 days from original purchase date. All returns must be in original condition. They must not have been worn or laundered with tags still attached.
We will consider returns for exchange or store credit by contacting us within 5 days of receiving your package via email at email@example.com. All returns must be in original condition. Items must not have been worn or laundered and with tags still attached. Original receipt is required. Returned items must be shipped at, your cost, within 5 days of contacting us via email.
Items returned without contacting us or not shipped within time frame described above will not be issued a store credit.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs which are not refundable. We recommend insurance and tracking when sending items to our store. Jim’s Clothes Closet is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
